Product Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible product information of each item on our website. Please be aware all sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Kaleidoscope Gifts reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without notice, including through the addition or removal of discounts. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Goods are always subject to availability. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

Our website is continually updated with new stock and discontinued stock is removed within a reasonable timeframe. From time to time our store in Irvine may run a special local promotions and this may not be available on our website. Similarly, we may offer discounts online that are not available in store.

Order Error

Every effort is made to ensure each order is correct, however if upon receiving your order you find an error, please inform us straight away by phone. When placing your order, if you realise you have entered any details incorrectly, whether product, billing, contact or delivery details, please inform us straight to minimise any disruption. If your order has not yet been processed, we can try to make changes and sort everything out for you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed in a very short space of time, so it may be the case orders are dispatched in to the postal network before you contact us with any change of details. If we have already dispatched your order, you will be responsible for the cost of returns and redeliveries if any information is incorrect after the order is placed.

Damaged Goods

Please contact us by phone within 14 days of receipt of your order. Failure to report a damaged item within this time frame will invalidate your right to any refund or replacement. For any damages, we require you to explain clearly which item or items are damaged and we will refund the price you paid for the goods, or arrange for replacement goods to be sent to you. We may require the damaged item to be sent back to the store, in this case we will cover the return postage costs and inform you of any instructions.

We reserve the right to ask customers to provide photographic evidence of broken or damaged goods at our discretion.


Discounts are offered on the website periodically. Please note that the discounts offered in store are not always the same and we reserve the right to withdraw discounting at any time.

Online Payments

The payment information you enter at checkout (card number, CVV code), will never be stored. Even when we are refunding your unwanted/unsuitable online orders, we never have full access to your payment information. The card number used for the transaction will only show the last 4 digits of your card number, or your PayPal email address, so that we can refund you. No payment details will ever be stored by Kaleidoscope Gifts.
