Terramundi Money Pots
These money pots have been traditionally made and used in Italy for over 2000 years.
All are hand made in a family run pottery in Umbria, Italy and are then hand painted in the Terramundi studio in London.
Money pots bring good fortune. Inside each pot is a fortune coin as well as a date and desire card supplied to insert when saving begins.
The money pots can hold up to ?200 in mixed silver coins or over ?400 in gold coins. When full, the pots must be smashed and a wish made.
It is hoped that the money will be spent on good things and the pot replaced. |
